Active throughout the UK, Housing Associations must manage existing estates and provide service to customers while financing appropriate growth and development."
How we helped
CORDA proposed a high level generic model of Housing Association business, composed of modules that could be switched on or off to represent specific situations. A spreadsheet cost model is used to provide data entry and data change and does not require specialist analysis support.

CORDA has worked closely with the partner company's technical and software development team. Important input has been obtained from the Housing Association sector to ensure validation and realism.
Outcome
Prototypes have been developed and the concept demonstrated. It has been well received and is now moving into the software integration phase.
