CORDA has developed and delivered a single strategic analysis process. The development of this required:

  • Review of existing processes, to identify where there were gaps and where the processes were insufficient for the client's business needs.
  • Use of best practice to develop a consolidated strategic analysis process, and to identify additional processes to cover any gaps.
  • Preparation of a Country Strategy Formulation Report, to act as a guide for developing future country strategy.
  • Preparation of a selected country strategy paper.
