Steve Allan - General Manager
Steve has over 20 years experience in the aerospace consulting industry. He has a mathematics degree and a PhD in physics from Imperial College. Steve has held a range of technical and management roles in CORDA, including Business Development Director from 2004 to 2007. In that role Steve developed CORDA's business in a number of areas, notably in the provision of decision support services to Industry. Steve has held the post of General Manager since July 2007. He likes to fill what spare time he has perfecting his cooking skills, the results of which he says he 'inflicts on family and friends alike'.
Samir Patel - Business Development Director
Samir has over 10 years experience in the defence consultancy industry, having joined CORDA as an operational analyst in 1996. He has a mathematics degree from Oxford University. Samir has worked on a wide range of projects including close support to NATO and MOD military and scientific staff, in-theatre support to the Armed Forces and more recently on the contract management of analytical, experimentation and research services to MOD, and was appointed as CORDA's Business Development Director in January 2008. Outside work, he manages to fit in an international croquet career - he is currently ranked in the world top 20.
Judith Rawle - Technical Director
Judith has been a defence consultant for more than 20 years joining CORDA in 1984. She has a mathematics degree from Oxford University and an arts degree from the Open University. Judith's responsibilities include the recruitment and development of consultants; partnerships; knowledge managenet; and development of CORDA's technical capability. She also continues to provide consultancy to CORDA's clients.
Peter Schnabel - Projects Director
Peter has two decades' experience of defence analysis as a project leader, project manager and consultant. He has a physics degree and D.Phil in solid state physics from Oxford University. Peter has held a range of roles in CORDA covering resource and operations management including recruitment and staff management. More recently as Project Director, Peter has been responsible for the development of processes to ensure delivery of projects to time, cost and quality targets.
